Ampoule Inspection Machine

We are manufacturers & exporters of inspection machines for ampoules. We have manual inspection machine, automatic inspection machine. We provide high capacity ampoule inspection machines that are useful for simultaneous inspection of a batch of amoules. The company provides this ampoule inspection machine with timer providing variable rotational velocity and logic controller driven auxiliary motor to ensure that after spinning ampoule neck is visible all the time.


The machine is precisely built on strong welded S.S. (304) frame. Completely enclosed S.S. (304) panels which easily open for servicing. The machine is semi automatic consisting of frame conveyor, drive mechanism electrical panel, inspection hood in feed and out feed, hoppers, light system and rejection system to inspect Ampoules for Black & White particles as well as proper sealing of tip and the level of liquid as required. We have a range of 40 to 60 Ampoules per minute.


The ampoule inspection machine is specially designed to make the automatic ampoule line and can run individual inspection machine too.

Pharmaceutical Oven
We offer a wide range of pharmaceutical oven, which provide solutions to various applications. These ovens have the basic features of temperature control and thermostat control system.

These ovens are designed, built and tested on stringent quality control parameters. They are used in the pharmaceutical industry to cure prosthetic parts. The ovens are manufactured from high-grade stainless steel throughout. An all-welded construction finish provides robust and easy-to-clean ovens.

Operating up to 200°C the temperature accuracy is better than /-3°C throughout the working chamber. A programmable time/temperature controller gives curing flexibility and repeatability.

The ovens operate on-site in a controlled atmosphere. Control of the supply air humidity to the ovens gives oven air-humidity control.

Pharmaceutical Multi Mill

Rapid Mixer Granulator

Rapid mixer granulator is a high precision machine used for dry mixing and wet granulation of raw material/ingredients in the same container. The machine mixes the dry components first, followed by wet granulation without transferring the dry mixture.


It is suitable for fast, efficient and uniform mixing or granulation of raw material. The impeller sets the raw material mixture in motion ensuring uniform mixing of dry material followed by uniform wetting of granules; the mix is finally ejected through an outlet. The capacity of this pharmaceutical equipment varies and can range from 25 ltrs to 1000 ltrs.

Planetary Mixer
Although new technologies like single-pot processing are becoming more and more important in pharmaceutical industry, the planetary mixer is still often used for basic operations of mixing and blending.

The Industrial Stirrer coming from our unit is highly efficient conforming to the best industrial standards. Our mixers are widely used for stirring, mixing and homogenizing of low viscosity liquids and semi-liquid products. These are widely used in various industries including chemical and pharmaceutical industry. The industrial stirrer is appropriate for mixing syrups and liquids. The stirring shaft and the propeller are made out from first grade SS. The stirrer shaft is directly fitted to the motor. The unit is supplied with an tubular adjustable stand with upper and lower chambers. Stirrers can be tailor made as per customer requirements. The motor used are standard 3 phase 1440rpm. Industrial stirrer machine is used in oil industries, paint industries, cosmetic products, pharmaceutical industries, pesticide liquids.


The stirrer is suitable for stirring large volume of liquid. The shaft is directly coupled to motor. The unit consists of a shaft & propeller which are made out of stainless steel. The unit is supplied with m.S. Stand, height of which is adjustable and also provided with angular tilting arrangement for motor mounting bracket.

Vibro Sifter

Vibro sifters are circular gyratory screens used to separate solids from solids and liquid from solid. Vibro Sifter consists of Specially Designed Motor mounted vertically at the center of the base plate of the Screen. The Screen is in between feeding hopper and bowl. The material is fed on to the centre of top screen. The under size material passes rapidly through the screen during its travel to the periphery. The over size material get continuously discharged through a tangential outlet. This is achieved by specially designed Vibratory Motor along with eccentric Top and Bottom Weight.Vibration is generated in three different planes along the vertical axis by means of a specially designed vibratory motor having off centered weights at the top and bottom end of the motor shaft. The angle of lead of the lower weight to the upper weight provides variable screening pattern & output.

Fluid bed dryer

We are offering fluid bed dryer, which are ideal for drying the processed material uniformly. This is done with comparatively high moisture content to low moisture content. Our fluid bed dryers give better methods of drying products than the conventional methods of tray drying. These dryers occupy less space and offer uneven drying. These are easy to dry and dry the material in least time as compared to tray dryer.


Fluid Bed is designed to dry products as they float on a cushion of air or gas.


The process air is supplied to the bed through a special perforated distributor plate and flows through the bed of solids at a velocity sufficient to support the weight of particles in a fluidized state. Bubbles form and collapse within the fluidized bed of material, promoting intense particle movement. In this state, the solids behave like a free flowing boiling liquid. Very high heat and mass transfer values are obtained as a result of the intimate contact with the solids and the differential velocities between individual particles and the fluidizing gas.


The fluid bed has been used to dry products in many industries including food, chemical, mineral and polymer. A broad range of feed materials including powders, crystals, granules and prills can be processed.

Double Cone Blender is an efficient for mixing dry powder and granulates homogeneously. All the contact parts are made of stainless steel. Two-thirds of the volume of the Cone Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products.

Cone Blender


Industrial V Blender

The "V" BLENDER is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing and lubrication process of dry powders homogeneously. Approximate two third of the volume of the Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. The "V" Blender gives best result for powders due to suitable medium speed and "V" shape of container. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc.


In "V" Blender the powders comes from all sides due to the "V" shape of the product container, hence requirement of RPM is medium. Suitable mainly for powder & granules type material. This type of material gets sufficient continuous movement. Due to the "V" shape of container, have only medium movement and will results in good quality of blending/lubrication of granules.


It is formed by a cylindrical cut and welded at an angle carefully, calculated to result into a perfect “V” shape. Two trunnions welded to the blending body in its longitudinal balance line, are machined afterwards, so as to obtain a perfect alignment.


The bottom end of the chamber posses a butterfly discharge valve. Feeding and cleaning are carried out through other two end of the machine which are fitted with tight closing lids. The working cap of such type of blender is 50% of its total volume.


This type of blender is preferably employed for processing products of different density and particle size. In “V” Blender the product fed inside are processed by tumbling inside and sliding along and falling by gravity.

V Blender


Coating pan

We have very capable Coating Pans that are of invaluable utility in the pharmaceutical, food/condiments industry.


Coating pans are used to form an aqueous or organic film around any kind of pellets and tablets or micro granules. These pans are also widely used to sugar-coat tablets. A coating pan is an essential necessity in pharmaceutical applications. Different coating techniques are applied in pharmaceutical industry.


Pellets/Tablets are continuously fed into a coating drum at a controlled rate. A high volume of process air heats the tablets at the time of entering and moving in the drum. Coating solution is applied through a series of spray guns as the product moves down the length of the coating drum. The tablets are homogeneously mixed for a uniform coating/weight gain. Shallow bed depth of the pan allows the tablet/pellets to pass through the spraying zone and finally discharged from the exhaust end of the coating drum and transported through a conveyor belt for collection, storage, inspection and packaging. These machines ensure consistent exterior coating.


Coating Pan is a universal conventional method of coating of film and sugar depending upon the client’s requirement. Hot Air, Cold air blowing system is used for tablets, candies etc. Spraying systems is also available with the unit. Polishing pan is made suitable on the same drive of coating pan drive.

Storage tanks

Storage tanks are a general purpose industrial containers. Storage tanks can have many configurations depending upon dimensions, orientation, placement, and wall configuration. Materials of construction will dictate the application that is suitable for the tank. Storage tanks are used in a number of applications including short term storage, long term storage, mixing, blending, metering and dispensing.


The most important parameters to consider when specifying storage tanks are their capacity and dimensions. The capacity of the storage tank is the internal volume available for the storage of materials. The diameter of the tank is typically expressed in feet units. The length of the tank is measured in feet. The orientation of the tank can be vertical or horizontal. Vertical tanks stand vertically and typically have access ports on the bottom. Horizontal tanks are often mounted on stands or saddles and can have access ports on the bottom or top. The placement of tanks is typically either above ground or underground, depending on the construction. Portable tanks can be moved from one place to another, via wheels or other moving device. The wall construction of the tank may dictate the application that the tank is suitable for. Single wall tanks are common for various applications. Double wall tanks are used in applications where higher-pressure considerations are necessary.


Materials of construction for storage tanks and process tanks include fiberglass FRP, galvanized steel, plastic, stainless steel, steel, and titanium.
