Rapid mixer granulator is a high precision machine used for dry mixing and wet granulation of raw material/ingredients in the same container. The machine mixes the dry components first, followed by wet granulation without transferring the dry mixture. It is suitable for fast, efficient and uniform mixing or granulation of raw material. Vibro sifters are circular gyratory screens used to separate solids from solids and liquid from solid. We are offering fluid bed dryer, which are ideal for drying the processed material uniformly. This is done with comparatively high moisture content to low moisture content. Our fluid bed dryers give better methods of drying products than the conventional methods of tray drying. These dryers occupy less space and offer uneven drying. These are easy to dry and dry the material in least time as compared to tray dryer. Fluid Bed is designed to dry products as they float on a cushion of air or gas. The process air is supplied to the bed through a special perforated distributor plate and flows through the bed of solids at a velocity sufficient to support the weight of particles in a fluidized state. Bubbles form and collapse within the fluidized bed of material, promoting intense particle movement. In this state, the solids behave like a free flowing boiling liquid. Very high heat and mass transfer values are obtained as a result of the intimate contact with the solids and the differential velocities between individual particles and the fluidizing gas. The fluid bed has been used to dry products in many industries including food, chemical, mineral and polymer. The "V" BLENDER is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing and lubrication process of dry powders homogeneously. Approximate two third of the volume of the Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. The "V" Blender gives best result for powders due to suitable medium speed and "V" shape of container. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc. In "V" Blender the powders comes from all sides due to the "V" shape of the product container, hence requirement of RPM is medium. Suitable mainly for powder & granules type material. This type of material gets sufficient continuous movement. Due to the "V" shape of container, have only medium movement and will results in good quality of blending/lubrication of granules. It is formed by a cylindrical cut and welded at an angle carefully, calculated to result into a perfect “V” shape. Two trunnions welded to the blending body in its longitudinal balance line, are machined afterwards, so as to obtain a perfect alignment. The bottom end of the chamber posses a butterfly discharge valve. Feeding and cleaning are carried out through other two end of the machine which are fitted with tight closing lids. We have very capable Coating Pans that are of invaluable utility in the pharmaceutical, food/condiments industry. Coating pans are used to form an aqueous or organic film around any kind of pellets and tablets or micro granules. These pans are also widely used to sugar-coat tablets. A coating pan is an essential necessity in pharmaceutical applications. Different coating techniques are applied in pharmaceutical industry. Pellets/Tablets are continuously fed into a coating drum at a controlled rate. A high volume of process air heats the tablets at the time of entering and moving in the drum. Coating solution is applied through a series of spray guns as the product moves down the length of the coating drum. The tablets are homogeneously mixed for a uniform coating/weight gain. Shallow bed depth of the pan allows the tablet/pellets to pass through the spraying zone and finally discharged from the exhaust end of the coating drum and transported through a conveyor belt for collection, storage, inspection and packaging. The capacity of the storage tank is the internal volume available for the storage of materials. The diameter of the tank is typically expressed in feet units. The length of the tank is measured in feet. The orientation of the tank can be vertical or horizontal. Vertical tanks stand vertically and typically have access ports on the bottom. Horizontal tanks are often mounted on stands or saddles and can have access ports on the bottom or top. The placement of tanks is typically either above ground or underground, depending on the construction. Portable tanks can be moved from one place to another, via wheels or other moving device.
